If you are unhappy with the fit of your shoes, please feel free to contact us.

 

We are more than happy to exchange shoes for you.  We simply ask that the shoes are in the same condition as what you received them in.

Please include a note explaining what size you wish to exchange for, along with the return postage amount (£3.50 for second class or £3.95 for first class).

 

Alternatively, we are happy to refund your purchase upon receipt of the shoes back at our office.
