Shipping - Method & Timescale

UK Orders

We use Royal Mail as our preferred carrier.  

 

International Orders

We use Royal Mail International Airmail for all our international orders.

Royal Mail state that the timescale for delivery to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is 10 to 15 working days.  Please be aware that this is just a guideline, and it may take longer.  

Unfortunately we cannot track parcels, unless you select the Tracking option for your shipping.

Other countries may be longer. 

Please be aware that the delivery times may be impacted by local public holidays.
